Meet Brie
Who Brie is
With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and over a decade of experience between inpatient units, residential treatment, inner-city public schools, private practice, and crisis care, Brie brings a fearless, deeply human approach to transformation.
She’s a therapist by training, a clinical coach and consultant by method, and an existential menace by nature. She is obsessed with the ways our past, conditioning, experience, and nervous systems keep running the show long after we think it’s ended.
Brie isn’t interested in endlessly rehashing old stories, but she is deeply interested in how those stories are still hijacking your energy, relationships, and sense of self- and what happens when you finally interrupt the pattern.
Brie’s Compass in the Chaos
Brie supports others to alchemize burnout, dread, and disconnection into clarity, vitality, and a deeper connection to self— igniting a life that actually feels like their own.
Brie’s Core Values
Evolution
Checking in regularly with herself about what fuels her, what she’s outgrown, and what still holds her back. It’s about moving through discomfort with intention, and staying curious about who she’s becoming. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about assessing and aligning.
2. Vitality
This is about living wide awake—infusing life with purpose, joy, creativity, humor, and boldness. It’s feeling lit up by what she does, how she connects, and how she expresses herself. It’s a rebellion against burnout culture and an active choice to seek what energizes and excites. Life should feel alive.
3. Soulful Connection
Connections that hold depth, clarity, respect, and reciprocity. Spaces where we can show up flawed and still be met with grace, fun, humor, and accountability. Relationships that feel alive, not performative.
How Brie Works
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical insight and actionable grit—working with people who are tired of carrying too much, over-functioning, burning out, or silently questioning their entire life. This is about reconnecting to yourself, getting clear, and turning insight into action.
Brie doesn’t sugarcoat the human experience, her approach is direct, grounded, and deeply human. She helps people stabilize in the chaos, reconnect to who they are beneath the roles they’ve taken on over time, and confront the real questions beneath the noise: What kind of life am I actually here to live? And who do I want to be?

When Brie Might Be Your Perfect Fit
You’re tired of just surviving and ready to understand what’s shaping your patterns, relationships, stress, and sense of meaning. Brie’s work integrates mind-body strategies, foundational self-care, and emotional and cognitive insight—helping you see how trauma and stress impact your body, energy, and sense of self, and how to change it so life actually feels lived.
Brie Behind the Coaching Scenes
Beyond her 1:1 work, Brie has led treatment teams in unconventional settings, developed professionals in the field, and challenged traditional treatment systems. She also co-hosts Death and All the Rest, a podcast exploring existential topics like grief, purpose, and how to live fully in the face of life and death.

Why This Work Matters to Brie
Because she knows what it’s like to carry the weight and still have to function. Because she’s sat with the questions that don’t have clean answers. And because she believes in the raw, messy, beautiful process of being human and everything that comes with it.
Brie’s not here to fix people, she’s here to walk with them as they untangle, rebuild, and choose what kind of life they want to live— because she’s been there, too.
The Human Doing the Helping
When Brie’s not coaching or podcasting, you’ll find her outside basking in nature and fresh air- exploring new trails or throwing discs with her husband- settling in for a good board game with friends, or at home reading or crocheting- of course being closely supervised by her cats.
She believes joy, curiosity, and play are not extras- they’re part of the point of being human.
